PayPal flags eBay search for fraud

I installed the new PayPal (https://www.paypal.com/) plug-in to generate one-time numbers for credit card payments. It also alerts me when I visit a site with potential for fraud. Strangely, the alert pops up on eBay search results screens, which is ironic given that eBay is PayPal's parent company. I suspect someone might get in trouble for that.
