Fashion Doesn't Rock

Maybe I've been spoiled by the determined performances on Rockstar: Supernova (http://rockstar.msn.com/), but I could not get into the Fashion Rocks (http://www.fashionrocks06.com/) music show last night. Admittedly, I didn't expect to be enthralled, but even as background, I had to turn off the TV after the first two performances and switch to digital music. Sir Elton John (http://www.eltonjohn.com/), your songs are great but that duet with Christina Aguilera (http://www.christinaaguilera.com/) was dead boring. Not the way to start a show. I had hoped the Black Eyed Peas (http://www.blackeyedpeas.com/) would pick up the tempo. No such luck. If it picked up later, I missed it.
