Pressure comparison - 256 levels vs 1024
Interesting. Somebody YouTube'd a comparison of the pressure sensitivity of a Wacom Cintiq (http://www.wacom.com/cintiq/) (1024 levels) vs. that of a Toshiba R25 Tablet PC (http://www.toshibadirect.com/td/b2c/toshibadirect.to?page=r25_redirect) (256 levels), which is the same model I use. The testing is not scientific, but I'm sure the conclusion will hold true for the vast majority of folks.

I did not know where they were going with this, and since it is a somewhat tactile feedback issue, I was not sure of the actual difference. But it looked the same, and in the end, I guess it pretty much is. Kind of reminds me of the pixel wars in digital cameras, they do not make a difference for most people. -- Dave
