Every decision today has been wrong

Every now and then, I wake up knowing my karma is misaligned. Today was one of those days.

Karmic misalignment does not mean things are working against me, just that they won't necessarily go my way. It started with deciding to wear a sweater, which led to me forgetting my phone (in my jacket, which I did not wear because I was wearing a sweater). Then I decided to buy lunch at the market instead of going out; our department wound up buying lunch today. At the end of the day, I missed the call that would have told me I wasn't needed for tutoring (didn't have my phone, remember?).

Fortunately, once I realize my karma is misaligned, I recognize that things won't go my way, which helped me recognize an inattentive driver and avoid major Incident. Not that I was worried about major mishaps -- misaligned does not mean broken.
