I guess we won't have a rodent problem
Our boy Patty (http://sumocat.blogspot.com/search?q=patty) may look fat, slow, and fat (yes, he merits being called fat twice), but apparently he is a mouse-killing machine. He went out into the woods last night and killed a mouse, which he brought home to the kitchen floor. Then after being let out this morning, he brought back another one.
It's a bit surprising given that Patty is fat, slow, and fat, but also because he shows little interest in the squirrels that visit our deck. I guess he just prefers prey that can't climb.
