Add Hibernate to Shut Down Options

Kevin "Lightning Rod" Tofel posted a great tip at jkOnTheRun on adding Hibernate to the standard Windows XP shutdown menu. A commenter who goes by JKK took it a step further and offered two files that add the feature automatically. Works fine for me. Only saves a couple of steps, but that's still a saving nonetheless.
