$100 Tablet

I hadn't been keeping up with the development of the $100 laptop because, well, I thought it was a laptop. Thus, I was quite surprised to see in the latest issue of Wired that the design has evolved into a tablet!

The last two of the four prototype designs have been convertibles. And while they lack touchscreens, they do have large trackpads to enable drawing and handwriting.
