Tablet Enhancements for Outlook free for all
Whilst I was tending to my new cat, Josh Einstein was releasing TEO 3.0 (http://www.tabletoutlook.com/teo/default.aspx) for free public consumption. TEO is a must for any Tablet PC user who uses Outlook 2003 or 2007. That was true when TEO costs money. It's doubly true now that it's free.
Basically, TEO offers a handwriting interface for Outlook items. Beyond that, it adds audio recording, Skype call tracking, and MapPoint integration to Outlook, making it a tremendous productivity tool. But my favorite feature is a little thing: the ability to mark a task as complete in the reminder window. It's a simple thin,. but it annoys me persistently that I can't do this on my work PC.
Anyway, now there is no reason for any Tablet PC user to skip this one. If you need more convincing, check out all my previous blog entries that mention this brilliant piece of software (http://sumocat.blogspot.com/search?q=TEO).
