Asus UMPC just got really interesting

Fellow father of a form of blogging (http://www.mobiletechroundup.com/?p=103), Kevin C. Tofel (http://jkontherun.blogs.com/jkontherun/2006/09/asus_r2h_hits_u.html), reports that the Asus R2H UMPC (http://jkontherun.blogs.com/jkontherun/2006/09/asus_r2h_hits_u.html) should price in at the thousand dollar mark. He's wondering who's buying. Well, I gotta say Asus just made things interesting. Standard model with 60 GB hard drive and 768 MB memory, plus GPS, webcam, and Bluetooth? That's one sweet mobile PC. Might be enough to put a UMPC on my short list.
