Motion Computing has a new slate on the slate

Rob Bushway spilled the beans (http://www.gottabemobile.com/2009/03/09/new-motion-computing-slate-tablet-pc-coming-soon-im-loving-it-now/) about how he will spill the beans on a new slate Tablet PC from Motion Computing (http://www.motioncomputing.com/) sometime in the not distant future. Okay, he didn't so much spill beans as he tossed a few at us to get our attention and make us very hungry for more beans. Apparently the design is totally different, even though there seems very little room for deviation in the slate form factor, and they have finally "nailed" the convertible keyboard design, which indicates we're looking at a hybrid, not simply a slate. This could be the most exciting slate news in years, which unfortunately may be more literally than hyperbole given the dearth of tablet news, but exciting nonetheless.
