Want to create Links in Ink using a graphical user interface? Want to paste those links directly into your blog post? If so, Build 52 is the app for you!

Yep, the mysterious Build 52 I keep testing is finally fit for public consumption. IE only but works fine in the IE Tab extension for Firefox. Fully functional on the website or you can download the zip with the HTML and dial images. Available in left and right hand versions. Works with any image fit for the web. Please give it a try and let me know how you like or dislike it. [see image for links]

BTW... Links in Ink -> LII -> 52

P.S. Directions are in the interface

Build 52 is Go!

  1. Actually, I tested in firefox and it works find. In the IE Tap when I place the mouse on top of the link the pointer does not change to indicate that that is a link and in FireFox it does that.

  2. That's the code in the blog post that Build 52 produces (which ironically does work better in Firefox); Build 52 itself is the app that generated the code - available in leftie and rightie versions - links in the blog post ink image.

  3. Sorry... the final html posted works in Firefox but the actual Build52 does not work in Firefox. I got it now. Sorry

  4. One thing. May be I'm doing something wrong. I created a code using Buid54 and I pasted in a html file that I created in Frontpage and when I open the file it shows the picture but no the links created in your program. What I'm doing wrong?

  5. Did you implement the prereqs? Third button from the bottom shows the CSS styles and Javascript script that are required between the head tags of your page. Paste these between the head tags then try it.

  7. Awesome! You are the first reported person (other than myself) to use Build 52. Many thanks!
