Major network connection damaged
A cable providing high-speed connectivity was found damaged this morning. A wire running through that connection was completely severed at two points. The suspect, pictured here, is a young black male with a history of vandalism and known connections to career troublemakers. Suspect is skilled with sharp weapons and said to be lethal to several people in my office.
